Where do your products come from?

Most of our products are purchased directly from charity organizations such as handicapped associations, prisons, single parents groups, indigenous groups and other charity houses. Therefore, every purchase made by you indirectly contributes to sustaining the economic growth of these groups.


Where is your online store located?

myhandycraft.com is a division of ZOHL Industries Sdn Bhd located in Bandar Sri Damansara, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

What do we ensure?

We stand behind our products. Your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our products, please contact us via email or phone within 30 days of your purchase - we will either exchange it or offer full refund.


How do I make a purchase?

It's easy, just click on the item you are interested in. But you need to sign in first to purchase the item. Then click ADD TO CART. To delete items from your shopping bag, mark the item you wish to delete, then click UPDATE CART. To complete your order, click CHECKOUT.

What information do I need to give?

To register with myhandycraft.com, you will need to provide us your name, mailing address and email address. When you make your purchase, we will also require your billing address, shipping address, telephone number, credit card number and expiration date. If necessary, these details may be shared with a credit reference agency to verify your order. We may also, from time to time, use your contact details to inform you of our latest arrivals and deals, as well as other new services via email. If you prefer to not receive these updates, you may unsubscribe at any time.


Do you disclose any information to outside parties?

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. We may release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety.

At present we only accept payment in Malaysian Ringgits (RM)

5.0 Shipping and Handling

How quickly will my order arrive?

Standard Shipping Method: Rate depends on item. Package will arrive in 7 - 14 days

Priority Shipping Method: Rate depends on item. Package will arrive in 3 - 5 days

2-day Shipping: Rate depends on item. Package will arrive in two business days (for Malaysian customers only)

Next Day Shipping Method: Rate depends on item. Package will arrive after 1 business day. (for Malaysian customers only)

Please note that for 2-day or Next-day shipping all orders have to be placed before 12 noon. All orders ship from our office in 1 to 2 business days.


Note: currently, we only offer Standard Shipping Method. Any changes to our shipping policy will be notified to our customers either through email or newsletter.


What method do you use for shipping?

EMS Poslaju courier


What happen if my order gets Lost?

Pos Malaysia and Poslaju courier will issue registration numbers and if you don’t receive your package within 2 weeks, we will use this registration number to investigate location and status of your parcel. If you wish to insure your parcel, let us know in advance, we will inform you by e-mail on insurance charges.


How much is my refund?

We will refund you the full value of your order, including shipping costs, within thirty (30) days of receiving your notice of contract cancellation. If we do not receive your return shipment, we will arrange to have it collected from you at your cost. Items can only be replaced with the same item in the same size, subject to availability, or for another product at the same price, subject to availability.
