We at myhandycraft.com do our utmost to provide each and every customer the most friendly and efficient service. Please have your order number ready when calling or writing so we can better assist you. Note that if your order shipped via Malaysian Postal Service (POS Laju) - it can take anywhere from 7-14 business days.


We work very hard to send all orders in a timely manner but we are also human and we do make mistakes. If you feel you have received a different item from your original order, please send us a picture of what you received to expedite correcting the problem - don't forget to include your order number too!
